These kimonos are hand built from slabs. Multi-layered
reduction-fired glazes were applied to achieve visual depth
and texture allowing light refraction in a unique way. Firing
method: raku.Tall Kimono: 12.5" tall and 10.5" wide Small

Night Vibrations Mural is hand built from slabls. The tiles
are embedded with wire screens and paper clay
applications to add volume and dynamic movement to the
mural. Raku fired. The mural is framed in a nice metal
frame that compliments the work.  It is fairly heavy and large.

 c23 Sea World Anemone
This vessel is hand-built from paper clay. Metal wire and screens
are inbedded in a clay body in order to achieve movement and give
this organic form a fragile look. The anemone has a very light body
and attached to a clay stand that is reminicent of a coral.
Multi-layed cracle glazes were applied to achieve visual depth and
texture.

Gazing In The Sky
Gazing in The Sky is hand-built  from coils, carved and sculptured.
The woman is siting in a relaxed pose wrapped in a shale, watching
the stars. Shining gold of her hair and  blue cover are reminiscent of
the clear night sky. The sculpture is raku fired. Dimensions: 12" tall x
8.5"long .
